All women have different needs, have different body types, different personal & professional lives. But we have one thing in common- our Menstrual Cycle. It's a FRIEND & not a FOE. But we have not been taught how to Befriend it.

There are a number of meditations, here you learn what supports your Menstrual Cycle.
Yoga postures that flow smoothly from one posture to another, focusing on the breath, strengthening your pelvic area, nervous system, digestive system, & endocrine system.
Lifestyle disorders are a direct result of stress. Understand good stress which motivates you & bad stress leads to distress.
Rather than just existing, LIVE- that's what mindfulness is all about.
Pranayamas are many, but there are a few that work wonders & help especially to strengthen Women's Menstrual Cycle, mindset & emotions.
The courses offered are all for women to help them optimize their Feminine Power!!!

I’ve been a Yoga wellness coach since 2011. The ancient knowledge of Yoga has helped me to live a life filled with gratitude. This amazing feeling guides my teaching and practice.
My mission is to increase awareness about the benefits of Yoga in all spheres of life. Yoga is not just for treatments but it also brings amazing positive changes -- physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. I offer classes & private sessions and nutritional advice to help my clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.
